We Won a Women in Innovation Award! 🎉

Wow. Just wow. I can’t quite believe I’m writing this, but here goes… I’m beyond thrilled to share that I’ve been named one of Innovate UK’s Women in Innovation Award winners for 2025! 🎉

Honestly, when I started this journey with Boost Innovations, I had no idea where it would take me. What I did know was that something had to change. Women with fuller busts who have undergone breast surgery deserve better, more comfortable, and more inclusive breast forms—so we set out to create them. The incredible feedback we’ve received from the community has kept us going, and this award is proof that innovation can come from listening, learning, and taking action.

What This Award Means

The Women in Innovation Award is a huge deal—it’s a recognition of the work we’re doing and the impact we’re making. It’s not just about me or Boost; it’s about the thousands of women who will benefit from more inclusive, well-designed breast forms that suit their needs.

As part of this award, we will receive funding support plus business coaching, networking opportunities, and training—all of which will help me scale Boost Innovations and bring even better products to the people who need them.

And let’s not forget how powerful it is to see women leading the way in innovation. Only a few years ago, 1 in 7 successful Innovate UK grant applications came from women-led businesses. Now, it’s 1 in 3! Progress is happening, and I’m so proud to be part of this wave of change.
