Traditional breast forms often rely on silicone gel encased in plastic, creating a texture some describe as “fleshy” or even squishy. This can feel unnatural for many. Boost’s products ARE silicone breast forms, but they are made differently.

Boost decided to take a more innovative approach. We use medical-grade, skin-safe silicone in a special mold to create our forms. This results in a comfortable, lightweight, and breathable design. Using 100% medical grade silicone means there is only one type of material in the product and this makes it MUCH easier to recycle. So your Boost’s silicone can be re-chipped and reused if you no longer need your breast form so it doesn’t end up in a landfill. Great isn’t it! 

Medical grade silicone is also skin safe, which means that a Boost breast form can be worn directly against your body, so finding a bra for silicone breast forms might be easier than you’d think. Without the additional weight of the gel filled, traditional prosthesis, many bras and bralettes will be able to support your Boost.
