Breast Cancer Awareness Month seems like a great time to start our new Boost Blog, doesn’t it! One of the things that we often get asked at this time of year is:

I Love What You Do, But What Can I Do To Support You?

We’ve got a cheeky suggestion…help us spread the word about who we are and what we do!

Before we get lost in tidal waves of pink, we are keen to stand up tall this October. We’ve been quietly starting our breast form revolution in the UK, but we want to get louder.

Our products are very much a personal choice – in fact, if the Boost is doing it’s job, many people wouldn’t even know it was there! This is why we’ve created a new way to show that you support Boost’s ethos and mission, whether you are a breast form wearer or not. We don’t have the brand power of some of the high street names, but we do have plenty of passion.  So we’re asking our friends, family, customers and supporters to consider showing support to Boost’s values by helping us to GET OUR NAME OUT THERE!

Our funky Boost Tote Bags are a very small way that we can encourage people to talk about who we are and what we do.

Boost’s Designer Marie is the creative input behind this design. A recent graduate from the Sustainable Product Design degree course at Falmouth University, Marie was tasked with creating an everyday item that could make Boost a bit more visible. She said;

“We care about the environment and that’s why we made sure our tote bag is as eco-friendly as possible. This bag is made from 100% organic cotton and printed with water-based inks. Our tote bags are very soft to the touch, and their environmentally friendly screen printing ink does not contain any plastics. The bag has been ethically manufactured in Cornwall and its production process is controlled and certified in accordance with the latest version of the Global Organic Standard (GOTS). It is also Vegan Peta approved, and features a pattern I created using the fabulous Boost logo. I really love the way they’ve turned out.”
